Will you help implement the changes?

Yes. We work with your team and start trials in the first month. We provide advice throughout the implementation.

Must we continue after three months?

No. You can run the improvements yourself or agree further work with us.

We already have a technical team. Is this still useful?

Yes. We can review proposals and advise on decisions while your team carries out the work.

What does it cost?

We agree a fixed monthly fee for the three months, billed in advance. The fee stays the same each month, including the more intensive first month.

Can you build software after the review?
