Common questions

Does every tool include AI?

No. We use AI where it helps with tasks such as drafting, sorting, extracting data or summarising. Other features use conventional software.

Can you deliver in four weeks?

Yes, for a focused internal tool covering one main process. You review a prototype in week one and launch the system in week four. Larger projects need additional four-week cycles.

Do we own the software?

Yes. You own the code, documentation and deployment from the start. The tool can run without our ongoing support.

Will it connect to the systems we already use?

Usually. We can assess connections to your customer or finance systems as part of the scope. We record the actions taken through each connection.

Will it be a web or mobile app?

We choose the format to suit the task. Office work often suits a web app, while fieldwork may need a mobile app. Both can share the same underlying system.
