Integrate

Add AI to your existing tools.

We connect artificial intelligence (AI) to your customer, finance and support systems. Your team can use AI within familiar tools. We monitor its actions and provide a way to restore the previous setup.

You want to keep your tools

Your team uses systems such as Salesforce, Xero or Zendesk. You want to add useful features without moving to another platform.

Your systems hold useful data

Support requests, invoices, contracts and notes can provide context for AI tasks. We assess how to connect and use that information safely.

Replacing the system is impractical

You need a focused improvement to an existing process. Replacing the whole platform would take too much time or money.

INTEGRATE
2 to 8 weeks / per integration

AI connected to your systems

Each connection includes error recovery, an action log and a way to switch off the AI. We check these controls with your team before launch.

Examples include updating Salesforce from meeting notes, checking invoices in Xero, drafting Zendesk replies and searching SharePoint policies.

We agree a measure of success so you can assess whether the change is useful.

What we deliver

  • System connection and access setup
  • AI features with error recovery
  • Action logs and monitoring
  • Recovery plan and operating guide

How it stays safe

  • Read-only access during testing
  • Human approval for changes
  • Access limited to required data
  • A switch to disable the AI

Systems we connect

We assess whether your system provides a suitable connection, such as a database or application programming interface (API). An API lets one system exchange information with another.

Four types of integration

We choose an approach based on the task and the level of human control it needs.

01

Actions triggered by events

An event, such as a new invoice or support request, starts an AI task. The system can draft a reply, flag a problem or record a summary.

02

Assistance within a tool

A button or panel helps staff draft emails, summarise discussions or extract data. A person checks and approves the output.

03

Scheduled reviews

The system reviews a group of records, such as invoices or support requests. It flags items that need attention.

04

Human review queues

The system presents each suggestion with supporting information and an indication of certainty. A person can approve, change or reject it.

01

Scope

We agree the process to improve and how to measure success. We confirm system access and which data we may use.

02

Connect

We start with read-only access and record each action. Your team can see what the AI reads before it can make changes.

03

Pilot

Your team tests the AI suggestions on real work. We compare the results with agreed test cases and refine the system.

04

Roll out

We enable automatic changes for approved cases and retain human review for the rest. You receive operating instructions, a monitoring dashboard and a switch to disable the AI.

You can review the action log, disable the AI and follow the recovery plan if a problem occurs.

Common questions

Could the integration disrupt our system?

We reduce this risk by starting with read-only access and testing before allowing changes. We provide error recovery and a way to disable the AI.

What if our tool has no API?

We assess other options, such as database access or scheduled data exports. We explain any limitations before you commit to the work.

Who can see our data?

We limit access to the people and systems that need it and log each access. We agree where your data is stored and processed. Where necessary, models can run on your own infrastructure.

How long does one integration take?

An integration takes two to eight weeks, depending on access, complexity and risk. A system that updates financial records needs more checks than a read-only assistant.

Can you connect more than one system?

Yes. We agree the scope of each connection separately and check that it works before adding the next.
